A Red Bluff woman has been charged with homicide for the death of a 2-year-old boy. At 11:40AM Wednesday morning, Red Bluff Police were called to Saint Elizabeth Hospital after the little boy had been brought in and was not breathing. He was deceased by the time officers arrived at the hospital. The story told by 25-year-old Rachel Elise Henderson was that the toddler had fallen down a flight of stairs at a location on Delphinium Court. Investigators interviewed Henderson and eventually arrested her for homicide and felony child abuse. Her bail is set at more than a Million Dollars.
