Stillwater Road at Highway 44 was scheduled to reopen Monday, but it’s been delayed another 2 and a half weeks. Cal-Trans says the contractor needs additional time to finish traffic safety devices including metal beam guard rail and bridge barrier rail. The plan now is to reopen the Stillwater intersection on August 31st. The overpass project is still on track for completion in November.
