Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit arrested a woman who was allegedly selling drugs out of her East Redding home. Officers went to the home at 4029 Cirrus Way after receiving multiple reports of suspicious people going in and out of the home and all hours. There were also reports of drug paraphernalia strewn in the driveway and near the home. 39-year-old Shante Annette Luster was identified as the person responsible for the home and after gathering evidence a search warrant was obtained. Friday evening officers went to the home and Luster was found inside and arrested without incident. A search allegedly found Meth, scales, packaging, and ammunition. She was booked into the Shasta County Jail.
