Homicide has been ruled out as a cause of death to a mans body found near railroad tracks in Montague on Saturday. According to the sheriffs office, 33-year-old Timothy James Cheney had just moved to the Siskiyou County town and was apparently living with a friend. The coroners office was called to the scene behind a business on East Webb Street about 3:45PM Saturday. Anyone with information about the death is being asked to contact the Siskiyou County Sheriffs Office.
