Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit made an arrest Wednesday after complaints of drug dealing at Bonnyview Boat Launch. Officers patrolling the parking lot saw two people who looked suspicious. They talked to them and apparently 35-year-old Christopher Smith admitted he had drug paraphernalia and consented to a search that revealed a half ounce of Methamphetamine packaged for sales. He was arrested. The other person didn’t have any drugs but had an active warrant. She was cited and released.
