Operations are getting wrapped up on a series of grass fires east of Red Bluff, according to Cal-Fire. The Sun Incident spread quickly on Sunday, but only grew by about 40 acres Monday, to 3,889 acres. That’s where it remains, now with 87% containment. The 3 fires all started along Highway 36 near Sunriver Road. All evacuation warnings and advisories have been lifted.
