The teenager involved in a serious accident last week has died. The coroner’s office is reporting that 16-year-old Tyson Wacker of Cottonwood succumbed to his injuries Monday. At around 9 O’clock Thursday night, Wacker was driving a 1995 Toyota SUV south on Rhonda Road when he lost control on a curve south of Lynn Hart Drive. The Toyota slid off the west side of the road and slammed into a tree. Rescue personnel had to use Jaws of Life to extricate the teen from the mangled vehicle.
