Anderson Police and the Shasta Interagency Task Force conducted a search warrant Wednesday morning and arrested two people. Authorities went to a residence on Mandalay Court in Anderson at about 10AM. 57-year-old Mark Anthony Sanders was arrested for maintaining a residence for the purpose of selling or using a controlled substance and for possession of an altered or forged prescription. 40-year-old Jessie Allen Sanders was also arrested for charges that include being a felon in possession of a firearm and for possession of a controlled substance.
