Two people have been found dead in Siskiyou County, and the sheriff’s department is investigating the circumstances. At 9:30PM Wednesday night, a neighbor called 9-1-1 after discovering the man and woman inside a trailer on Big Stump Road near Mud Lake in the Dorris Area. Both of the deceased had identification with addresses outside the county. No evidence of wrongdoing was found. There was an illegal marijuana grow taking place on the property, but that’s irrelevant to the death investigation. Autopsies are planned.
