A Dunsmuir man is accused of intentionally starting a house on fire while people were inside. At 4 O’clock Saturday morning, several fire agencies responded to a structure fire at a home on Dunsmuir Avenue. The fire had been started on the porch of the house and caused at least $100,000 damage.
