Red Bluff Police have made an arrest in a case of child molestation. A report from Child Protective Services about possible molestation of a young girl by a family friend led to officers questioning the girl and her parents. The incidents allegedly occurred at various locations around the city and took place when the girl was about 10. The investigation led them to question 49-year-old Jesus Artiagga Carrasco. After questioning, Carrasco was arrested and booked into the Tehama County Jail. His bail is $300,000.
