A Red Bluff woman will spend some time in jail after getting far too upset about something that really shouldn’t matter. 56-year-old Debra Lynn Weber got into a heated argument over a parking spot. In fact, the argument got so heated that Weber retrieved a hatchet from her car and swung it at the other driver. She fortunately missed him and hit his car instead. Convicted of felony assault with a deadly weapon, Weber has been sentenced to 240 days in jail. She also got a 4 year prison sentence, which is suspended on condition of her completing 5 years formal probation
