Simpson Offers Scholarships

Simpson University is offering tuition help to fire survivors. The Carr & Camp Fire scholarship will be an award of up to $60,000 over four years, up to $15,000 a year. A student can receive an additional amount up to $12,000 with the Simpson University matching award when a family member, business or church sponsor commits to providing funds toward the student’s education. According to Simpson president, Doctor Norm Hall, if a student qualifies for Cal and/or Pell Grant funding and is eligible for the Carr & Camp Fire scholarship, he or she could attend Simpson for about $4,000 a year.
