Surveillance video has been released showing a man suspected of groping a young girl scout at Wal-Mart. At around 1 O’clock on Saturday February 16th, several girl scouts, with their parents present, were selling cookies in front of the Redding Wal-Mart when a man approached a 10-year-old scout and touched her in an inappropriate sexual manner. He quickly walked away and was last seen walking eastbound on Dana Drive. He’s described as Hispanic, 50 to 60 years old with a medium build, grey hair and a beard. RPD and CHP Officers searched but didn’t find him. The video footage of the man is on the KQMS Facebook page.
