Thursday our sister station K-Shasta 104.3 will launch their annual two day radiothon fundraising drive for Saint Jude Children’s Hospital. Though the facility is located in Memphis, they serve the entire country, providing medical care, as well as other needs such as transportation and housing at no cost to the patient’s family. In addition to patient care, Saint Jude’s is also a premier research center and have contributed to major strides in survivability of children’s cancers.
