A bust made by Redding Police over the weekend was almost too easy. At 1:30AM Saturday morning, RPD impaired driving expert Jacob Provencio pulled over a car for multiple traffic violations. He says the driver, 30-year-old Stephanie Nichole Madigan, actually had a small plastic baggie of Heroin sitting in her lap in plain view. She also was driving on a suspended license. A search reportedly revealed more drugs, as well as a stolen loaded handgun. The passenger, 53-year-old Robert Duane Clark, who’s on probation, allegedly had a couple grams of Methamphetamine and a pipe.
