Cal-Fire and the U.S. Forest Service have been dealing with some small fires in the area. The 10 acre Irongate Fire in Siskiyou County east of Iron Gate Reservoir is 100% contained. Another fire, the Rocky Fire 9 miles west of Grenada, is 100% contained at 17 acres. Four lightning-caused fires in Trinity County that started over the weekend are also very small, ranging from a tenth of an acre to an acre and half. There’s very little concern about them spreading.
