An accident involving a big rig hauling logs caused major traffic problems Tuesday morning about 5 miles north of Lakehead. The incident was reported just after 10AM in the area of the Dog Creek Road off ramp from Interstate Five. Logs had spilled from the trailer and hit at least one other vehicle, a Toyota Tundra pickup, which had a log across the back of it. Both southbound lanes of the freeway were closed, with traffic moving very slowly on the right hand shoulder.
