Redding Police are asking for help in locating a missing Redding resident. Steven Casas disappeared after Midnight Friday under circumstances that are considered suspicious and efforts to find him have so far been met with frustration. He was last seen at 12:45AM Saturday morning in the area of Hartnell and Churn Creek. Steven Casas is Hispanic with black hair, 5-foot-9 and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and light colored shorts.
