The special election to fill the vacant 1st Assembly District seat is next Tuesday. The Shasta County Clerk and Elections Office will be open this Saturday from 9AM to 3PM At 1643 Market Street. In addition to election-related services, all other regular services will be available that day, including marriage licenses, passports and filing fictitious business names.
