A Redding parolee is going back to the big house after being caught with a stolen car. Randall Markwith Jr. was on parole for residential burglary when he was arrested by Redding Police for possession of a stolen vehicle on July 30th. After pleading guilty and admitting a prior strike, Markwith was sentenced Wednesday to 4 years in state prison.
