Red Bluff Police made a sweep to check up on their local sex offenders, resulting in four arrests. Seventeen offenders and probationers were visited on Friday with help from county probation and state parole agents. Robert Lopez was arrested on a Shasta County warrant, Devin Rogers for a stolen vehicle and drugs, Jessica Geoghegan on several warrants, and Kristofer Herren for residential burglary after the discovery of stolen tools.
