Man Sentenced For Stealing Fire Victims Vehicle

A man who stole a fire survivor’s vehicle is going to jail. Andrew Savino Horstman was caught driving a stolen vehicle, which was taken from a Paradise house that was destroyed in the Camp Fire. When stopped, Horstman said that the owner was selling the car. The owner was contacted and said that wasn’t the case. After being out on his own recognizance, he didn’t show up for court. He’s been sentenced to one year, eight months for these offenses. He has other convictions bringing his total sentence to 6 years, eight months.
