The two candidates for the District One State Assembly seat will face each other Tuesday evening in Downtown Redding. The League of Women Voters of the Redding Area is hosting and moderating the forum between Democrat Elizabeth Betancourt and Republican Megan Dahle, who will compete in a special election on November 5th. The event is Tuesday from 5:30PM to 8PM at the First United Methodist Church at East and South Streets in Redding.
