Teen For Arrested Felony Vandalism After 2nd Incident At Group Home

A 13-year-old boy involved in an assault on a group home employee Wednesday was released from juvenile hall, but he soon returned. After his arrival back at the Victor Group Home on Clarvaux Lane, the boy soon began arguing with staff and took his anger out on a vehicle at the location, striking it with various objects. When deputies arrived at around 3:15PM Friday afternoon, he was still in a yelling match with staff members. The damage to the vehicle was worth more than $3,000, making it a felony. The boy was taken back to juvenile hall and booked for vandalism.
