Help is requested in locating a runaway teenager from Redding who is considered to be at risk. Kyshialei Donahue was seen last Wednesday (10/2) in the area of the Ponderosa Inn on Pine Street in Redding. She was wearing black pants and a black Nike sweatshirt. She has her 8-month-old daughter with her, and she may be headed to the Hoopa area.
