A child molester reached a plea deal with Shasta County prosecutors Thursday. 29-year-old Kyle Reno committed his crimes against a 15-year-old victim between April and June of this year before being arrested by the sheriff’s office. After pleading guilty to one count of possession of child pornography with a prior and one count of contact with a minor with intent to commit a sexual offense, Reno will be sentenced to 12 years 8 months in prison.
