It took fire crews less than an hour to get a handle on a fire in the Ono area. About 2PM Thursday afternoon, a structure fire was reported at 6966 Rector Creek Road. Arriving crews found a fully-involved mobile home. The fire had spread to some vegetation. Winds had died down from earlier in the day and air and ground crews attacked the blaze, stopping forward progress at about one acre. Crews remained on the scene for several hours.
