PG&E has already begun inspecting lines so they can restore power in Shasta, Trinity, Tehama and Butte Counties. The all-clear was issued at 5PM Tuesday afternoon and inspections will resume again Wednesday morning. No more wind events are anticipated for at least a week, according to PG&E meteorologists. The current shutoff is affecting around 540,000 customers in 27 counties. PG&E says its crews found more than 50 instances of weather-related damage that could have started fires during the last shutoff.
