An alleged killer made his first court appearance Thursday. 21-year-old Jerome Denell Dzwonek is accused in the strangling death of 20-year-old Larissa Marie Cole. Her body was found Sunday behind Viking Skate Country. On Tuesday Redding Police investigators seized Dzwonek’s car and served a search warrant at his home on Butte Street. During questioning, Dzwonek allegedly confessed to the murder. His arraignment will continue next Wednesday morning. He’s being held on One Million Dollars bail.
