A man accused of firing a gun in a populated area of Burney has been sentenced. Isidro Gali is prohibited from possessing a gun due to having numerous felony convictions. Late in the evening on August 10th, Gali was caught on surveillance video near Pit River Casino as he fired a handgun in the air. A short time later a handgun was found during a search of Gali’s bedroom. On Tuesday Gali pleaded guilty to being a felon with a gun and negligent discharge. He was sentenced to 3 years in state prison.
