Somebody could be paid up to $30,000 for an anonymous tip about the murders of two homeless people two years ago in Shasta Lake City. It’s one of a number of rewards offered by Secret Witness for unsolved murders in the area. On September 7th of 2018, deputies were called after the discovery of two bodies. 31-year-old Michael Thomas Bingham Jr. and 26-year-old Angela Lynne McConnell were found murdered at a homeless camp on undeveloped property off the north end of Black Canyon Road.
