Several Guns And Stolen Property Found At Red Bluff Motorcycle Shop

The owner of a Red Bluff motorcycle shop was arrested on weapons charges Wednesday. As part of an ongoing investigation, the Tehama County District Attorney Bureau of Investigation, Red Bluff Police, and the Tehama County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant at Statix Motorcycle Repair Shop on Madison Street. They reported finding four complete stolen bikes and several other parts, which were released to the victims. During a search, investigators found 2 assault weapons, 4 rifles, 2 shotguns, and 5 handguns. Investigators arrested 43-year-old Anthony Wagner on several weapons charges. In addition, Wagner had an active restraining order which prohibits possession of weapons. Authorities say that Wagner is an active member of a gang, making the misdemeanor charge of possession of firearms by a restrained person a felony. The investigation into embezzled/stolen motorcycles, ATV’s, and parts is on-going.
