A Hollywood actress has been arrested in Chico for drunk driving and leaving the scene of an accident. Chico Police say 48-year-old Amanda Detmer ran into a utility pole at East 8th and Plume around 5 O’clock Sunday. Officers caught up to her at East 9th and Bartlett. Detmer is a member of the cast of the series “Empire” and has appeared in “Baby Daddy”, “Unnecessary Roughness”, “Final Destination” and “The Majestic”.
