Two arrests were made after warrants were served at an Anderson home Tuesday. Anderson Police went to a house on Andrew Avenue looking for 50-year-old Robert Charles Walker and 46-year-old Eric Wayne Bretzke. Walker is on felony probation that allows warrantless searches, so officers walked right in and detained Bretzke in the living room. They say there was Methamphetamine and paraphernalia in plain view. Walker was in his bedroom and refused to come out until they threatened to send Aero the K9 in after him. The place was searched and both men were arrested for maintaining a drug house, Meth possession and possessing guns. One of the guns had been reported stolen. A third man was arrested for being in a place where drugs are used, kept or sold. Code enforcement found multiple violations and red-tagged the house as uninhabitable.
