A Siskiyou County probationer was caught with a uniquely dangerous weapon. Monday morning a deputy took a report in Happy Camp about a man making criminal threats. He searched the area for the suspect vehicle and about 20 minutes later stopped a car that matched the description. 49-year-old David McBurney is on Post Release Supervision and had not contacted his probation officer in almost two months so he taken into custody. The car was searched and the deputy reported finding Methamphetamine, a syringe, a pipe and a Samurai Sword.
