Paradise Residents planning to rebuild following the Camp Fire will have now one place to get the help they need. On Monday, the Building Resiliency Center is opening. The facility will include the town building department, along with specialists in helping to navigate the building process. The Butte County Building Department will also have a satellite office, as well as representatives from PG&E and Butte County Fire Safe Council. The center at 6295 Skyway, will be open weekdays from 8AM to 5PM.
