Red Bluff Woman Released After Coronavirus Quarantine

A Red Bluff woman has returned home after a 26-day ordeal following the Coronavirus outbreak. Wanda Schuler was a passenger on the Diamond Princess when the passengers and crew were quarantined in Japan’s Yokahama Harbor. During the 14-day confinement aboard the ship, some passengers accepted an offer to be flown back to the U.S. some, including Wanda, ended up at Travis Air Force Base for another 14-day period of isolation. On Monday, those who’ve tested negative for the virus were freed and threw their masks in the air before heading home.
