Anderson Police have dismantled what they say was an international crime ring that brought women from China, took their passports and visas and forced them to work long hours in massage parlors that were actually houses of prostitution. Ru Wang and Jun Hua Wu face 58 felony counts, including pimping, pandering, and money laundering. They allegedly ran at least eight parlors: Relax Massage on West Center Street in Anderson, three on Hartnell Avenue in Redding, one in Red Bluff, and others in Chico and Oroville.
