A woman who was killed by a car while walking in Anderson last week has been identified by the Shasta County Coroner’s Office. A little after 2AM last Monday, 45-year-old Teesha Lorae McCarley of Corning was walking along Highway 273 near Alexander Avenue when she was struck by a car. Anderson Police say they do not suspect the driver of any sort of impairment.
