The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office will cease all walk-up services until further notice at their main office on Park Marina Circle. Vehicle releases, repossessions, civil services, sex offender registrant services, and concealed carry permit renewals are now by appointment only by calling 245-6000. Requests for criminal reports can be done by mail or email if accompanied by a copy of a state-issued photo ID.
