A Red Bluff teenager has been arrested for child molestation. 19-year-old Dustin Cowdry is accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl at an apartment on Orange Street in Red Bluff. Police detectives say her accusations are corroborated by text messages and child pornography that was exchanged between the two of them. Cowdry was interviewed and then booked into jail.
