Redding City Council meetings are moving to a virtual format. Agendas and staff reports will still be posted to cityofredding.org. That’s where instructions can be found to watch the meetings by live stream. They’ll also be aired live on the Community Access TV Channel, which is channel 181 on Charter Spectrum Cable.
