A man was arrested in South Redding for firing a shot during an argument, according to police. The disagreement between 53-year-old Mark Turnbaugh, his girlfriend and another person began Saturday night in their home at the Shady Oak Mobile Home Park on Cedars Road. Things escalated and became physical until almost 12:30AM, when Turnbaugh reportedly went into a bedroom and came back out with a semi-auto pistol, firing one round into the floor. Police arrived and secured the area, then arrested Turnbaugh on several felony charges.
