An unreadable license plate led to as traffic stop and a drug bust in Redding. A little after 9:30PM Tuesday night, 50-year-old Clifton Hagood and 46-year-old Candice Buchanan were stopped, and officers say both of them seemed nervous. Hagood is on parole and Buchanan is on probation. Chase the K9 was brought to the scene and he sniffed around, then indicated the presence of drugs. Officers searched and reported finding 65 Grams of Methamphetamine, along with packaging material and scales. It was apparently enough to charge the pair with possession and transportation of drugs for sale.
