A child pornography investigation involving a Redding man has led to the arrest of a man in Red Bluff as well. Redding Police arrested 41-year-old Douglas Keith Goehring at his home on Lake Boulevard in Shasta Lake City September 30th after allegedly finding child porn. Further investigation led to an associate of Goehring, 37-year-old Matthew Robert Ritchie of Red Bluff, who’s on parole for continuous sexual abuse of a child. He also was apparently in possession of child porn and is now in Tehama County Jail.
