Parolee Arrested For Attempted Murder After Shooting In Lewiston

A man is in Trinity County jail after reportedly going berserk with as gun in Lewiston. Tuesday afternoon someone reported an assault, saying it was done by 35-year-old Terrin Cheyene Chase, who had already left the scene. While deputies were en route, someone called 9-1-1 saying that chase had returned with a gun and was firing multiple rounds at people and buildings. Nobody was harmed. By the time deputies arrived, Chase had left again, but he was found nearby and taken into custody. Chase, who is on parole, was booked into jail for a long list of charges including attempted murder.
