Shasta County has reported another COVID-19 death for a total of 64. The latest fatality was a man in his 70’s. An additional 122 cases were reported Tuesday for a total so far of 6,927 cases. There are an estimated 624 people in Shasta County with the virus right now. 65 are hospitalized with 15 in the ICU. The current ICU capacity is 28.1%, well above the 15% that would prompt the stay at home order that most of the state is under.
Butte County has been surging badly, with a total of 5,668 cases and 74 deaths.
Tehama County has had 2,627 cases and 31 deaths.
Trinity County has had 2 deaths among 240 cases.
There have been 993 in Siskiyou County and 8 deaths.
Glenn County has had 1,234 cases and 12 deaths.
Humboldt County has had 1,357 cases and 14 deaths.
Lassen County has had 6 deaths among their 1047 cases in the community and one death among the 2,638 cases in prison.
Modoc County has reached 265 cases.
