Redding Rodeo Week is one of the most beloved local series of events that was lost this year to COVID-19. Only time will tell if there is a 2021 Rodeo Parade, but the Asphalt Cowboys are holding their annual theme contest and they’ll award $100 to the winner whether or not the parade actually happens. The theme will guide decorations for the parade, as well as other events through rodeo week. Entries are accepted through February 1st at asphaltcowboys.org/theme-ideas.
