Man Sentenced To Prison After Failing To Follow Court Orders

After failing his probation, a 22-year-old man is going to prison. Cayleb Blaise Davis was originally given probation in Shasta County for receiving a stolen vehicle. His probation was transferred to Tehama County when he moved to Red Bluff, where he battered his ex-girlfriend and tried to steal her bike. He was again given probation for that case, but then he was kicked out of adult felon drug court, refused to follow court orders, repeatedly tested positive for Meth and violated a restraining order protecting his victim. He’s been sentenced to 4 years 8 months in state prison.
